Cell phones, pagers, or other electronic audio and video devices are not to be used by students during the time periods designated by the campus. Electronic devices should be off and invisible from 8:30 until 3:35 |

| 1st offense ------the device will be confiscated and may be picked up after school the following day. A $15.00 fee will be collected before the device will be returned. A receipt shall be issued for each payment. The monies collected shall be promptly deposited into the principal’s activity account. |
| 2nd offense ------the device will be confiscated and a parent/guardian may pick it up between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. the following day. A $15.00 fee will be collected before the device will be returned. A receipt shall be issued for each payment. The monies collected shall be promptly deposited into the principal’s activity account. |
| Subsequent offenses will result in confiscation of the device; the parent/guardian may pick up the device between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the following day with payment of the $15 fee, and disciplinary consequences administered to the student including In School Suspension or placement at the District Alternative Education Program. |
